By using KindWell, you agree to use it as a personal wellness log and family summary tool.
KindWell is not medical advice, medical care, a medical device, emergency monitoring, or emergency dispatch. Do not rely on KindWell for emergencies, urgent symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, medicine changes, or health decisions.
You are responsible for checking entries, medicine names, times, notes, phone numbers, and caregiver summaries before relying on or sharing them.
KindWell stores app data on your device. If you choose to share a summary, call a contact, or enable notifications, those actions use Apple system features on your device.
KindWell is provided as is, without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. The developer is not responsible for missed entries, missed reminders, incorrect information, device issues, network issues, or decisions made from app content.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not use KindWell.
